The World Health Organisation is looking at Cannabis
The World Health Organisation is taking a look at Cannabis for the first time in 82 years.
This year Australia joined the movement researching cannabis for medical treatment, so an important next step is for the World Health Organisation to start looking into how they have been classifying cannabis this whole time. Hopefully having the WHO redefine the status of cannabis will make it easier for research to be conducted into medical cannabis. It will also change how the world sees other potentially harmful drugs.
YoDAA has fact sheets for workers on Cannabis and the incredibly concerning Synthetic Cannabis.
