Engagement with some form of schooling or vocational training is a protective feature for young people at risk of problematic AOD use. The Victorian government has two websites to help support young people find (and fund) a course or vocational training option.

The Victorian Skills Gateway a one-stop-shop for vocational training in Victoria. Young people can search for courses that will provide pathways to their chosen career and compare course providers.

The Study Assist website provides information to students about Australian Government assistance for financing tertiary study. This includes institute, student income support and scholarship information.
