A comprehensive suite of individual and group counselling, and case coordination are available;

Over the Limit:

Over the Limit is a free, eight week group for men who have sex with men (MSM). It aims to support men in reducing their alcohol intake and better manage anxiety.

Drink Limits:

Drink Limits is a free, eight week group for lesbian and bisexual women who are concerned about their drinking.

Re-wired:

Re-wired is a free, six week program for men who have sex with men (MSM) aimed at helping adults to learn skills and strategies to change their methamphetamine use and better manage their mental health. The next Re-wired weekly therapeutic group begins on November 12th.

Individual Counselling

The Re-wired One-on-One is a one-off, private conversation with a counsellor. It’s about giving a person the information and space they need, to talk about their relationship with methamphetamine.

Care & Recovery Coordination

A Care & Recovery Coordinator helps a person work out goals to help them move forward, not only in relation to changing drug and alcohol use but in other areas of life.
